SAN DIEGO—Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, a specialist in multifamily construction, has begun work on Cielo Carmel, a community of 197 apartment units located in Carmel Valley Road and Edgewood Bend Court, in the Carmel Valley area. Wermers was awarded the project this week.

Cielo Carmel consists of three different multi-family two-story buildings with a garden style, walk-up theme. The project being built as a 90 unit and 107 unit project will include 17 residential buildings, a leasing building with amenities, two laundry rooms, and a combination of attached private garages and surface parking. It is targeted for completion by mid-summer 2016.
