NEW YORK CITY—Tenant representation firm Cresa has hired Vincent Tuminelli as principal. Previously with Colliers International Group, where he was executive managing director, Tuminelli is an industry veteran of more than 30 years.
At Cresa New York, he will focus on corporate services across North America and tenant representation services locally. He makes the leap following John Cahill, who joined the firm in early February after serving as a managing director at Colliers.
“As Cresa New York's market share continues to grow, we have been taking advantage of every opportunity available to expand our areas of expertise. Our goal is be as resourceful to our clients as possible,” says Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal of Cresa New York. “Vincent's educational background in accounting and the amount work he's done with corporate businesses over the years made him an important addition to our team. Vincent is more than just a broker; he is a well-respected figure in the commercial real estate industry and I look forward to seeing how his tireless drive and tremendous amount of knowledge bring unpreceded value to Cresa New York.”
At Colliers, where Tuminelli also specialized in tenant representation, his clients ranged from law firms to large corporate accounts, including companies focused on finance, healthcare, technology, electronics, consumer products, import/export and insurance.
“The environment at Cresa New York complements my background. I knew Mark Jaccom a long time and after listening to his description of Cresa's culture, as well as his vision to grow the office in the metropolitan region, I was certain the move would be a very good fit for me,” says Tuminelli. “I am looking forward to working in an environment that is collaborative and fosters a consultative approach, with the sole purpose of giving tenants the resources they need to achieve their real estate requirements.”
Prior to Colliers, Tuminelli built his career at CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Studley. He has completed over 20 million square feet of real estate transactions over the course of his CRE career.
