Levin Grooms 18/8 Men's Salon for Hills Village Center

BEDMINSTER, NJ—18/8 Fine Men's Salons, a California-based, full-service men's grooming concept, has leased 2,300 square feet of space at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster. The commitment marks the chain's second New Jersey location and its first in Somerset County, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 110,000-square-foot shopping center.

BEDMINSTER, NJ—18/8 Fine Men’s Salons, a California-based, full-service men’s grooming concept, has leased 2,300 square feet of space at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster. The commitment marks the chain’s second New Jersey location and its first in Somerset County, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 110,000-square-foot shopping center.

Levin’s leasing representative, Marcia Minton, negotiated the long-term lease. Alison Cohen of BKR Retail served as the tenant’s broker in the transaction.
