AUSTIN—Longtime commercial real estate vets Nick Nelson and Jim Young have launched a new firm in Austin, Longbow Real Estate Group, which will build on the duo's considerable experience in the industry.
“It was really by design from Day 1,” says Nelson, a CCIM designee, of the new company, which builds upon the client base and contacts he and Young, also a CCIM designee, gained while working at KW Commercial.
The team's tagline – “We leverage high tech, and high touch” – speaks to Nelson's and Young's ability to readily access CCIM network contacts.
