Irving—Los Angeles-based National Asset Services (NAS) has assumed asset management of Hunter Plaza, a 105,864-square-foot shopping center in Irving. NAS will assume management responsibilities of the neighborhood shopping center on behalf of a group of 21 tenant-in-common co-owners, who each has a deeded interest in the retail property.

Despite the center's central location, north of LBJ Freeway and adjacent to the Valley Ranch development, Hunter Plaza is currently under 50 percent occupied. In a statement, however, NAS says it is optimistic about the asset.

“NAS is strategically positioned well in the Dallas market with commercial property and extensive resources to effectively manage and market Hunter Plaza,” Karen E. Kennedy, president and founder of NAS, says. “We look forward to improving the property to better serve the area residents and add value to our client's investment.”
