GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO—Granite Properties has acquired an 119,834-square-foot, five-story office property in Southeast suburban Denver. The property, known as High Pointe Tower, is located in Greenwood Village on South Fiddler's Green Circle directly across from Granite's iconic Plaza Tower One property.

Built in 1998, High Pointe Tower offers mountain views from every floor and large, highly efficient floor plates at 24,000 square feet. The high-quality design of the building includes a two-story atrium lobby, with oversized stone tiles and wood walls. The property is currently 81% occupied with a strong tenant base including Hartford Insurance, TransUnion, and the U.S. General Services Administration. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the Arapahoe Light Rail Station, High Pointe is located in the center of a highly desirable business location. The property is also in close proximity to the proposed 203-room Westin Greenwood Village with 10,000 square feet of meeting space, anticipated to open in 2016.

“We're excited to expand our presence in Greenwood Village and particularly in this vibrant area,” says Stephanie Lawrence, Granite managing director. “High Pointe will be a complimentary property to Plaza Tower One, enabling us to better serve our growing customer base.”
