Granite Acquires Another Office Asset

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO—Granite Properties has acquired an 119,834-square-foot, five-story office property in Southeast suburban Denver. The property, known as High Pointe Tower, is located in Greenwood Village on South Fiddler’s Green Circle directly across from Granite’s iconic Plaza Tower One property.
