DALLAS--Construction has begun on the 349,580-square-foot DFW Airport North Distribution Center II, an industrial development consisting of two buildings located on Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound.
The developer, Denver-based Huntington Industrial Partners, acquired the 24.05-acre site in a joint venture with Artemis Real Estate Partners, a Washington, D.C., metropolitan area-based real estate investment manager. Transwestern principals John Fulton and Brett Owens will lease the project, which is scheduled for completion in August 2015.
“The unique feature of this two-building complex is that the cross-dock building offers a substantial number of trailer parking positions considering its size, coupled with the ability to secure the building separately,” Fulton told GlobeSt.com.
