RENO, NV—Lake Washington Partners, which owns, managing and develops properties across the US, has completed the first phase of a 1.5 million-square-foot distribution/warehouse development within Spanish Springs Business Center near Reno.

The new project features several energy-saving components including high-efficiency lighting in parking areas, and fluorescent and motion detector lighting throughout the building will cut energy-usage by up to 75%, said Lake Washington president Jordan Lott.

Lake Washington Partners is also actively marketing a build-to-suit on 30 acres in Spanish Springs. Lott noted the site is ideal for build-to-suit tenants with big box distribution requirements and offers excellent access to Interstate 80 and US Hwy 395 through the adjacent Pyramid Highway corridor.
