HACKENSACK, NJ–After more than 35 years at the same location, the law firm Aronsohn Weiner Salerno & Bremer is moving to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' Court Plaza South, 21 Main Street in Hackensack, NJ. The firm, headquartered at 263 Main Street, has leased 7,600 square feet of space at Court Plaza.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Hope G. Brodsky of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
“Court Plaza is a very attractive and well-maintained office complex with an abundance of on-site amenities offered for our attorneys and employees,” says Richard H. Weiner Esq., the firm's managing shareholder. “The building's location and aesthetics were very attractive to us, and we look forward to expanding our firm in an office environment that conveys a first-class image to our clients.”
Prominent Hackensack attorney Barry L. Kaufman Esq. will be joining the firm as a partner on June 1.
