CINCINNATI—The Northern Kentucky industrial market is having one of its best years ever, especially for bulk product, and Verst Group Logistics has just pushed up its numbers even further by leasing 189,400 square feet at 1985 International Way in Hebron, KY, just across the river from Cincinnati.

DTZ executive managing director Jeff Bender, and vice president David Kelly, represented the landlord, RT Hebron, LLC, and Bender represented Verst, a 3PL company, in this transaction.

“The Northern Kentucky industrial market is at its lowest vacancy rate in class A modern bulk product in the past decade,” says Bender. “Even with short supply, we were able to put our clients, both landlord and tenant, together and structure a transaction that met both parties' goals. This is the largest lease transaction completed in Northern Kentucky so far this year, and we are pleased to be a part of it.”

Located in the airport submarket near Kentucky Rte. 237 and I-275, the distribution center features high ceilings, high density sprinklers, energy-saving motion sensors on lights, numerous docks and trailer parking.

“The location of the International Way building in Hebron is ideal for our company and customers,” says Paul Verst, president and chief executive officer of Verst Group Logistics. “The proximity to the airport and major interstate systems will allow our drivers, employees and customers to get in and out of the facility in an expeditious manner, and as we all know, time is money.”
