Verst Group Logistics Takes 189 K in KY

CINCINNATI—This is the largest lease transaction completed in Northern Kentucky so far this year, and bulk product in the market has hit its lowest vacancy rate in a decade.

CINCINNATI—The Northern Kentucky industrial market is having one of its best years ever, especially for bulk product, and Verst Group Logistics has just pushed up its numbers even further by leasing 189,400 square feet at 1985 International Way in Hebron, KY, just across the river from Cincinnati.

DTZ executive managing director Jeff Bender, and vice president David Kelly, represented the landlord, RT Hebron, LLC, and Bender represented Verst, a 3PL company, in this transaction.
