EQR Breaks Ground on One Henry Adams

SAN FRANCISCO—Equity Residential has begun construction on One Henry Adams, a 241-unit apartment community, west of Mission Bay on Townsend Circle. Designed to respect the area’s light industrial history while providing a modern living community, the mixed-use property is located in Showplace Square, between Interstates 280 and 80.
