DALLAS--Natalie Snyder has joined the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. as associate director. She will be responsible for tenant representation throughout the region.

"Natalie has accomplished much in her career, including being the recent recipient of the 2014 NTCAR Young Citizen Award,” Steve Everbach, Dallas/Fort Worth market leader, told GlobeSt.com. “She also sits on the NTCAR Board of Directors. Her giving back to the community and being recognized for this prestigious award are qualities we look for as we add to our Cushman & Wakefield team."

In her new role, Snyder will specialize in the representation of local and national clients in the acquisition, re-negotiation and disposition of office space. In this position, she will perform all aspects of corporate representation, including analysis, strategic planning, market research, site evaluation and selection, site tours, proposal requests, comparative analysis, project management and past occupancy functions. She will also be involved in all facets of new business development.
