FLORHAM PARK, NJ–The law firm Sherman Wells Sylvester & Stamelman LLP is expanding its presence at 210 Park Avenue, owned by Normandy Partners in the Park Place Complex in Florham Park, NJ, by 5,125 square feet to approximately 15,000 square feet. DTZ leased the firm the additional space.

Founded in 2014 by a team of established attorneys, Sherman Wells is experiencing tremendous success and quickly outgrew the firm's original office space. The DTZ team of Raymond Trevisan, William O'Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura helped the firm locate its initial headquarters with an eye towards flexibility for future growth.

“Our firm has experienced significant growth since our inception less than a year ago and we continue to recruit top level talent to meet our growing client needs,” says Anthony Sylvester, partner, Sherman Wells. “The DTZ team was uniquely qualified to develop our long-term real estate strategy, not only because Ray has extensive experience working with law firms, but also because the team's collective industry knowledge and insight was invaluable in helping us execute our expansion plan.”
