OLD BRIDGE, NJ–Auto parts and accessories chain AutoZone has leased 7,500 square feet at 2500 Route 9 Plaza in Old Bridge. Marcia Minton, leasing representative for Levin Management, leasing and managing agent for the 26,000-square-foot shopping center owned by Adam Corporation, negotiated the long-term lease. Stephen Battista of Jeffery Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Convenient highway access and outstanding regional demographics make 2500 Route 9 Plaza a great place to do business,” says Minton. “The addition of a nationally recognized retailer such as AutoZone is a great complement to our existing co-tenancy and a wonderful fit for the center's market area. This tenant represents another outstanding option for 2500 Route 9 Plaza shoppers as well as the local community.”

Located at the intersection of Route 9 and Throckmorton Lane, 2500 Route 9 Plaza is an ideal location for a range of retail and office uses. Other tenants include Apple Hill Academy Child Care Learning Center, ATA Martial Arts Academy, Madison & Lex Salon, and Domino's Pizza.
