Colliers Taps Industry Veteran to Lead Business Development

IRVINE, CA—David Rowley joins the firm's Irvine office as managing director of business development for the western region, where he will be tasked with driving new business and forging new relationships.

IRVINE, CA—Colliers International has hired industry veteran David Rowley as managing director of business development for the western region. In this new position, Rowley will drive new business across Colliers Real Estate Services and brokerage lines, as well as maintaining and forging new relationships for the firm. He will be based in the company’s Irvine office.

“I have been in the real estate business my entire career, mainly based in Newport Beach but working in the West Coast market,” Rowley tells GlobeSt.com. “With Colliers, it was all about the alignment of my personal goals and their corporate goals. Colliers is a dynamic growth-oriented platform that is, I think, very well positioned to respond to the clients needs today in the commercial real estate market.”
