WASHINGTON, DC—DTZ has tapped Roberta Liss as president of the US East Region. She will oversee DTZ's offices in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, and Florida. And of course, the locally-based Liss will also serve as managing principal for DTZ's operations in metro Washington, DC.
Liss joins DTZ from BECO Management, where she was executive vice president of Leasing and Marketing. Before joining BECO, she was executive vice president of CBRE in Washington, DC, where she led tenant and landlord brokerage and strategic planning efforts. Her CV also includes a stint as principal and director of Brokerage at Trammell Crow Co. for Washington, DC, and Maryland, where she led tenant representation, agency leasing, retail leasing and tax appeal.
"This is an exciting time to join DTZ," Liss says in a prepared statement. "With the new ownership structure and international capabilities, DTZ's ability to provide greater service to existing clients and pursue new opportunities is tremendously expanded."
