CHICAGO—Avison Young plans to expand its industrial footprint in the Midwest region and as part of that effort it has just recruited two veterans from CBRE into its Chicago office. Effective immediately, both Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner become principals and will continue to work as a team. They will focus on industrial sales and leasing transactions in the Chicago metro region and other portions of the Midwest. Both were senior vice presidents with CBRE.

“Brett and Keith are two highly experienced industry leaders who will add tremendous value to our industrial brokerage platform,” says Danny Nikitas, Avison Young principal and managing director of the company's Chicago office. “They are assertive professionals who represent both owners and users with equal expertise and energy. Working closely with the existing Avison Young industrial team, they will exponentially enhance our ability to serve clients.”

Puritz and Kroner will advise both new and long-time local clients on all aspects of real estate solutions, including capital markets services. They will also collaborate with industrial specialists in Chicago, across the Midwest and throughout the US, Canada, the UK and Germany.
