NEW YORK CITY—Kelly Broderick has been re-hired by Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director. The move marks a return by the eight-year industry veteran to the company where she spent the first seven years of her career, from May 2007 through March of last year. Most recently, Broderick was at Colliers International.

A specialist in negotiating on behalf of tenants in Midtown Class-A properties and lofts in Midtown South, Broderick has represented a host of financial service firms, law firms and Fortune 500 companies. She has advised global firms such as Canaccord Genuity, McAfee, TV Guide, Opera Mediaworks, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and MicroStrategy.

“Kelly Broderick is one of the industry's most promising young brokers, and the Cushman & Wakefield family is pleased to welcome her back,” says Ron Lo Russo, president of Cushman & Wakefield's New York tri-state region. “People are sensing a new spirit of excitement here, and this new spirit is helping us attract new talent.”

Broderick's noteworthy projects have included lease acquisitions and space dispositions, multi-market relocations, and advanced lease renewals. Broderick also has provided strategic development services and has implemented occupancy cost reduction strategies.

“I am thrilled to be back home where I started my career,” she says.
