Somerset and High Point Break Ground at Wesmont Station

WOOD-RIDGE, NJ—High Point Development has begun construction on Wright Place at Wesmont Station, a new for-sale luxury townhome community at Wesmont Station. It’s a joint-venture initiative between High Point and Somerset Development, developer of Wesmont Station, the mixed-use, transit-oriented neighborhood in Wood-Ridge, NJ.

Wright Place at Wesmont Station is comprised of 70 three-story townhomes, which will be built on the Northeastern portion of Wesmont Station near the new NJ TRANSIT train station, which is currently under construction. The 2,300 square foot homes will feature dramatic staircases, luxurious master suites, bedroom floor laundry rooms, first floor flex rooms, large windows, ceramic kitchens and more. Each home also comes complete with a two-car garage and separate rear entrance. Construction on the residences is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
