Chicago Hires: Bradford Gets New Director; Blum to Head Tishman's Chi. Development

CHICAGO—Tishman Realty Corp. plans to keep expanding in Chicago and to facilitate that growth it has hired Jason Blum as a Chicago-based vice president of development. Blum has more than 15 years of development experience and will execute Tishman’s development and acquisition strategy here. This will include the management of the newly acquired Amalgamated Bank Building at 100-112 S. State St. The company plans to reposition it into a flagship retail property. He will also seek out new development projects throughout the market.
