If It's Passover For You, Bagels in Livingston Will Have to Wait

LIVINGSTON, NJ–While Livingston residents preparing to observe the weeklong, bread-free Jewish holiday of Passover might have to wait to try the bagels, they can take advantage of massages and facials as The Village in Livingston welcomes two new tenants. Ike’s Bagel Café (2,100 square feet) and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (2,700 square feet) have just leased space in the 93,000-square-foot shopping center, managed and developed by Livingston-based Eastman Companies.

David Perlmutter of Perlmutter Properties negotiated the long-term leases on behalf of Eastman. Alison Cohen of Winick Realty Group NJ represented Ike’s Bagel Café; Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate Corp. represented Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
