Beer Maker Hops To Midtown So. Project

NEW YORK CITY—“Being able to sign up a credit tenant is a significant milestone,” Kaufman Organization principal Grant Greenspan tells GlobeSt.com after signing Anheuser-Busch as the anchor of 119-125 W. 24th St.

NEW YORK CITY—The Kaufman Organization today announced that Anheuser-Busch has signed an 83,686-square-foot lease to become the anchor tenant at 119-125 W. 24th St.—one of four properties in Kaufman’s Madison Square portfolio.

“Being able to sign up a credit tenant is a significant milestone, Kaufman Organization principal Grant Greenspan tells GlobeSt.com. “We had significant interest from five tenants for 50,000 to 75,000 square feet but they were co-working spaces or start-ups looking for their first location, and they wanted less space.”
