SAN DIEGO—Expanding its Southern California portfolio, Trigild has taken over the management of nearly 700,000 square feet of industrial and commercial property valued at $130 million.

The properties include the Genesee Executive Plaza in the Golden Triangle area of San Diego; Aero Business Center, a San Diego office/industrial complex; and the Atrium at Empire Lakes in Rancho Cucamonga.

“We are pleased to expand our Southern California presence with these top quality assets,” said Trigild president Judy Hoffman. “Utilizing a unique operating platform in which we pair an asset manager and property manager on each project, we will work to drive value for all three properties.”
