LOS ANGELES—Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance has found success by focusing on the mid markets in brokerage services, property management and capital markets, according to the company's co-founder and CEO Obie Walli. Walli recently joined CBC Alliance EVP Adam Petriella for an exclusive interview, where the two discuss:
- The firm's strategy and growth

- Goals for the remainder of 2015
Continuing to drive growth, the company just hired Glenn H. Gregory as an executive managing director in its Miami office. Gregory will focus on evaluating, developing, and executing commercial real estate strategies and will co-chair the CBC Alliance Office Practice Group, while serving on the Miami office's advisory board.
