Logistics Specialist Joins C&W as Director

 IRVINE, CA—Kevin Turner has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County office in Irvine as an executive director. The 28-year CRE industry veteran and Coto de Caza resident is focusing on global logistics and supply chain management as part of the firm’s industrial brokerage team and has assumed a leadership role within its ports and intermodal specialty practice group.

Previously, as executive vice president with Voit Real Estate Services, Turner specialized in the sale, lease, and tenant representation of office, industrial and research/development properties. He has focused primarily on Orange County commercial real estate since 1987, and is credited with being the largest industrial square footage producer in the Orange County market. He has leased or sold more than 14 million square feet of property nationally and internationally.
