HOUSTON--HFF has closed the sale of the 3.86-acre unrestricted development site located within the Lakes on Post Oak complex, adjacent to The Galleria.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the sellers, a joint venture between an affiliate of Five Mile Capital Partners LLC and Crocker Partners. An affiliate of Trammell Crow Residential purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.

The development site is located within the 1.2 million-square-foot Lakes at Post Oak office and residential complex that includes 3000, 3040 and 3050 Post Oak Boulevard and their parking garages. The campus is located at the intersection of Post Oak Boulevard and Hidalgo in Houston's Galleria/Uptown District. The site is unrestricted in terms of zoning, use, height and density and directly across the street from the main entrance to Nordstrom at the Galleria.
