NEW YORK CITY—Skeptics might question the market's strength but it's tough to argue with statistics. In this EXCLUSIVE video, Cushman & Wakefield chairman of New York investment sales Bob Knakal, armed with several statistics, reveals signs of the market's healthy performance in the first quarter of 2015.

Knakal, a 30-year industry veteran, also divulges in the video what types of product investors are interested in, which one has the most growth potential and just how long the good times likely will last.

Of course, some still say a correction is due. That's not necessarily a bad thing. “Divergence of perspectives is good for brokers,” says Knakal. Watch the video above for more.
