HOUSTON—Brunel Energy is making the move to the Energy Corridor.

The company has signed a new 13,667-square-foot lease at 9811 Katy Freeway, according to Stream, who represented Brunel in the transaction.

“9811 Katy Freeway offers our client the ability to operate from newly built, class A building in the Energy Corridor, which was a major driver for them to relocate from 5333 Westheimer,” Anthony Squillante, managing director of Stream, told GlobeSt.com. “The building has an array of amenities nearby, a favorable parking situation and a highly respected ownership, which makes the move all the more favorable for [them].”
