FORT WORTH-- Riverbend Complex LLC has purchased Riverbend Center, a 188,355-square-foot industrial/flex property in Fort Worth, for an undisclosed price. Transwestern's Investment Services group completed the disposition on behalf of Klabzuba Realty LLC.

“Riverbend Center presented a highly attractive investment opportunity due to its location in the Riverbend Industrial Development with access to four major thoroughfares,” Jeff Givens, principal at Transwestern, told GlobeSt.com. “The 500-acre park contains more than 500 businesses and has historically served as a hub for startups and growing businesses. This ensures a steady stream of future tenants and potential near-term upside in rents.”

Givens, Transwestern's senior vice president Steve Rowland and associate Tracy Georges represented the seller. Todd Lambeth of Colliers International represented Riverbend in the transaction.
