MIAMI—Jim Cowdery is returning to Skanska USA. This time around, he's coming aboard as vice president of preconstruction for the company's Florida operations. Skanska is one of Florida's largest construction and development firms.
Cowdery is a 32-year industry veteran with strong track record in the construction industry. He has experience in many markets, including healthcare and life sciences, higher education, aviation, government, and sports and entertainment and photo voltaic.
In his role as vice president of preconstruction, Cowdery will supervise a group of 15 professionals. He will also oversee operations prior to starting construction, including assisting owners, designers and engineers in meeting project objectives.
