BRIDGEWATER, NJ—Advance Realty has named Richard A. Crooker, formerly a partner at Madison, NJ firm Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, as its general counsel.

Crooker will serve as an integral member of the Advance Realty executive team, utilizing his strategic skill set to consult and advise on legal matters for the company. He will be the conduit to and manage outside legal counsel for real estate and joint venture transactions and will manage the structuring, drafting and negotiating of all agreements.
