DALLAS--Red River Asset Management has announced a new tenant.
The firm has signed a lease with Vitality, an upscale personal training studio, to the first floor of Hidden Grove at 12404 Park Central in Dallas. The 6,400-square-foot fitness space, located inside the four-story office building, will boast top-of-the-line equipment and specialized certified trainers.
The gym will open on May 7 with a day of health-themed lectures as well as exercise breakout sessions and demonstrations.
