DALLAS--Huffines Communities has broken ground on a 650-unit apartment community in Rowlett. Harmony Hill will feature a distinctive, urban-inspired design with upscale amenities and finishes.

DALLAS–Huffines Communities has broken ground on a 650-unit apartment community in Rowlett. Harmony Hill will feature a distinctive, urban-inspired design with upscale amenities and finishes.

“The design of Harmony Hill brings a contemporary, urban lifestyle to Rowlett, including upscale amenities,” Phillip Huffines, who co-owns Huffines Communities with his brother, Donald Huffines, told GlobeSt.com. “The location is convenient to people working in Richardson and other nearby areas that are attracting thousands of new jobs, including a regional hub for State Farm.”
