DALLAS--Trademark Property Co. is rebranding Uptown Village at Cedar Hill.

The 610,000-square-foot shopping center in southwest Dallas will now be known as Hillside Village. The new name and corresponding new brand were selected to reflect the garden-like look and feel, planned as part of a multi-million dollar property renovation to attract a broader trade area, and to pay homage to the community in which it lies.

“Rebranding this property is a crucial step in our redevelopment efforts at Hillside Village as it sets the tone for the property's image moving forward,” Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co., told GlobeSt.com. “Along with the new name, the significant enhancements we're making as part of the renovation efforts and a VIP approach to customer service will allow us to provide an even better experience for our customers and enable us to continue to attract more new tenants moving forward.”
