Leasing Efforts Start at 757 Third Ave.

NEW YORK CITY—Sold last month to a Canadian buyer in a $360 million deal, the Midtown tower spans 503,000 square feet.

NEW YORK CITY—George Comfort & Sons has been appointed leasing and managing agent for 757 Third Ave., the 503,000-square-foot Class A Midtown office tower that was acquired last month by Bentall Kennedy on behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust. The property previously was owned by RFR Realty.

“We are delighted to add this prestigious Grand Central district office building to our portfolio,” says George Comfort president and CEO Peter Duncan. Other Manhattan properties managed by the Comfort firm include Worldwide Plaza, 200 Madison Ave., 498 Seventh Ave., 307 W. 38th St. and 2 Wall Street.
