MIAMI—Corporate users are flocking to Royal Palm Office Park. The 465,592-square-foot class A office park just won 55,400 square feet of new leases as new renovations come online.

“We’re seeing a surge of demand for class A space in Broward County, and properties like Royal Palm are benefitting,” says Blanca Commercial Real Estate vice chairman Danet Linares “Tenants see value in being located between Miami and Palm Beach, minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.”
