PHOENIX—Velocity Retail Group, LLC was recently awarded the retail leasing assignment for High Street located within the Desert Ridge master planned community in northeast Phoenix at the Loop 101 and 56^th Street.

The entire project totals 628,000 square feet of class A offices, luxury residential and superior retail. The retail includes 175,000 square feet of ground floor options offering stunning finishes, flexible floor plans, and charming tree-lined streets for visitors to access current and future shopping favorites. Plans for Phase 2 are now underway and will include additional retail.
