FORT WORTH--Trademark Property Co. has announced three new additions to the list of tenants slated to open at its WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth. The businesses, all new to the Fort Worth market, include HG Sply Co., a restaurant and bar; Pax & Parker, a men's and women's clothing retailer; and Woodhouse Day Spa.

“The amount of leasing activity we have at WestBend right now is exciting, and these new tenants echo our vision for WestBend as a walkable urban experience,” Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co., told GlobeSt.com. “We look forward to maintaining the momentum in the coming months with more leasing announcements, as well as The Fresh Market grand opening in June.”

HG Sply Co. will open a 3,800-square-foot location with a 5,000-square-foot patio along the Trinity River later this year. The restaurant has one other location, on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, and offers a paleo-friendly fare in a rustic environment.
