NEWPORT BEACH, CA—The New Home Company has opened sales at Fiano, a limited collection of 39 residences in Newport Coast, one of coastal Orange County’s most desirable settings. A model home grand opening is set for this weekend, May 16 and 17.

Set on the scenic hilltops of the Newport Coast, Fiano was inspired by the classic villages of Italy, and the Tuscan-inspired architecture that is the signature of the Pacific Ridge development. The homes feature spacious floor plans, ranging from approximately 4,600 to more than 5,300 square feet of living space with up to five bedrooms and five- and one-half baths. Prices at Fiano begin in the mid-$3 millions.
