NYC Signs Big Renewal in East Harlem

NEW YORK CITY—Three city agencies will take up an entire 100,000-square-foot building, owned by Jack Resnick & Sons, for another 20 years.

NEW YORK CITY—The City of New York has signed a 20-year renewal for an entire building, spanning 100,000 square feet, in East Harlem. The agreement was entered into with landlord Jack Resnick & Sons for 2322 Third Ave., which the firm built in 1973.

The property’s five full floors are 100% occupied by three New York City agencies, including the Human Resources Administration, the Administration for Child Services Child Care Center and the Department for the Aging Beatrice Lewis Senior Center.
