NEW YORK CITY—SRS Real Estate Partners has added William Crisp Realty to its team here. The move includes the addition of four new team members: William Crisp, SVP; VPs Alan Jones and James O'Brien, along with Arielle Singer, senior associate.

William Crisp Realty's clients have included Retail Group of America, Samsonite, Neuhaus Chocolate, Amersports, Arc'Teryx, Salomon, Smythson, 5asec, NAO, and New Balance.

Crisp started his career in real estate at Foot Locker, where he was in charge of expansion for the brand. In 2001, he started William Crisp Realty, where he has worked in tenant representation for many high profile retailers. He comes to SRS with more than 40 years of experience and has negotiated hundreds of transactions.

Alan Jones joins SRS with more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has experience working for retailers as an integral part of the real estate department for Payless Shoe Source and Taco Bell Corp. Alan also has worked with global development teams with retailers such as Arc'Teryx and Salomon Brands, where he oversaw American retail development of their brand and outlet stores.

James O'Brien has more than 37 years of retail leasing experience in tenant representation, property management and leasing. Some of his clients include retail expansions for both Neuhaus Chocolate and Samsonite.

Arielle Singer started her career in the real estate industry with William Crisp Realty and joins SRS with three years' experience. Her responsibilities have included marketing, research, site prospecting, lease review and negotiations. She first was assigned to aid Retail Group of America in its expansion needs and has since worked with other clients such as Smythson, Arc'teryx, Samsonite and New Balance.

“We are thrilled to have the William Crisp Realty team join SRS,” says Hugh Kelly, managing principal in SRS' New York office. “Bill and the entire team have been committed to serving their clients with the same level of excellence that we will continue to provide along with the many benefits of our broader platform.”
