MIAMI—Cushman & Wakefield just landed a huge client: Prologis. Executive director Brian Smith and senior director Audley Bosch are now the exclusive leasing and sales agents for Prologis Beacon Lakes, a master-planned 478-acre development in the Doral area just west of the Dolphin Mall.

Prologis is the largest industrial developer/landlord in South Florida with just over 11 million square feet of existing warehouse space. Beacon Lakes is a large-scale development that stretches from Northwest 25th Street south to Northwest 12th Street and from Northwest 117th Place west to 137th Avenue. There is approximately 200,000 square feet of class A warehouse space immediately available for lease.

Ryder logistics, Panalpina and Bamerica call Beacon Lakes home. The community has about 2 million square feet of existing class A warehouse space with entitlements to develop another 2.5 million square feet of industrial space. Beacon Lakes also has entitlements for a retail component and an on-site hotel.
