SHELTON, CT—EDR, a national provider of data, workflow tools, and insight for the property due diligence industry, has appointed Dan Gottlieb its new COO. In his role at EDR, Dan will be involved in the strategic growth and expansion of the business.

Prior to joining EDR, Gottli was COO at Trepp, a "sister" company that is part of a portfolio of industry-leading information services firms. At Trepp, Dan focused on applying innovation to align tactics and strategy as the leader of the interrelated product management, software development and infrastructure departments.

During his career, Dan has been an active participant in the CRE technology industry as a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and as a board member of Mercatus, a solutions provider to the energy finance industry.
