HOUSTON—NAI Partners has seen a flurry of leasing activity in the last week, in addition to being awarded property management services at 4101 Interwood.

On behalf of First Guardian Group Inc., the firm will now manage the two-story 80,007-square-foot building near the intersection of Sam Houston Parkway and JFK Boulevard, nearby George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
