NEW YORK CITY—JLL has hired healthcare facilities expert Susan Silverman as a SVP in its New York-based Project and Development Services group. Her responsibilities include oversight of key health care projects for JLL as well as development of new business and relationships in the healthcare sector.

Silverman has more than 30 years of experience in the health care sector and is highly skilled in the planning and design of health care-related projects. She also has years of practical experience in the day-to-day operation of hospitals and health care facilities as a hospital administrator and nurse.

“Susan was the ideal choice to assist JLL in further growing its presence in the health care industry,” says George Ladyman, international director and head of JLL's Project and Development Services group in the Northeast. “She has a great deal of experience overseeing the planning and design of health care facilities. That skill is further complemented by her hands-on knowledge of the daily operations of the health care industry from her years as a nurse and hospital administrator.”
