ICSC Elects New Board Members

LAS VEGAS—The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has elected a number of industry professionals to its Board of Trustees at a meeting held this week in Las Vegas. The newly elected members and officers join a board of 56 industry leaders who are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the association with its more than 70,000 worldwide members.

The new members elected to ICSC’s Board of Trustees include:

• Patricia Blasi, CRX, CSM, president, Borghese Investments, Aventura, Fla.;

• Richard Coppola, managing director, Global Real Estate, head of transactions, TIAA-CREF, New York City;

• Terry Evans, vice president of corporate real estate, The Kroger Co., Cincinnati, Ohio;

• Jeffrey Gaul, senior vice president, real estate, Chico’s FAS Inc., Fort Myers, Fla.;

• Mark Gibson, executive managing director, HFF LP, Dallas;

• Peter Gold, managing director, retail, cross border, EMEA, CBRE, London;

• John Haugh, president, Sun, Luxury, Retail Services, Luxottica Retail Inc., Mason, Ohio;

• Elizabeth Holland, CEO, Abbell Associates, Chicago;

• Richard Kuhle, chairman and CEO, Vestar, Phoenix;

• Stephen Lebovitz, president and CEO, CBL & Associates Properties Inc., Chattanooga, Tenn.;

• Gerardo Lopez, CEO and president, AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc., Leawood, Kan.;

• Greg Maloney, CRX, CSM, CEO, Retail, Americas – JLL, Alpharetta, Ga.;

• Jodie McLean, president and CEO, Edens, Columbia, S.C.; Terry R. Montesi, CEO, Trademark Property Co., Fort Worth, Texas;

• Jason Mozingo, CFA, senior managing director, Centerbridge Partners LP, New York City; Valerie Richardson, CRX, CLS, vice president, real estate, The Container Store, Coppell, Texas;

• John Sullivan, president and CEO, The Cadillac Fairview Corp. Limited, Toronto.

Also, three incumbent trustees were re-elected to the Board of Trustees:

• Michael Carroll, CEO, Brixmor Property Group Inc., New York City;

• Adam Ifshin, president and CEO, DLC Management Corp., Tarrytown, N.Y.;

• David Zoba, senior real estate strategy advisor, Gap Inc., Tiburon, Calif.
