FRISCO, TX--The developers of Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development in Frisco, have named the initial development and strategy team that they will consult with on the project.
The team includes design firm RTKL; engineering firm Kimley-Horn; real estate and marketing consultants Retail Street Advisors; architectural design firms BOKA Powell and HKS Architects, who will handle Frisco Station's office component; and destination retail and entertainment consultant MRA International.
“The Rudman Partnership is pleased to be bringing such a high caliber team of companies together to help us realize our vision for Frisco Station,” Trey Sibley, general manager of the Rudman Partnership, told GlobeSt.com. “As longtime property owners in North Texas, and Collin County in particular, we're excited about the future of Frisco Station and what this project will ultimately mean to the community.”
The proposed development, located to the west of the Dallas North Tollway and to the north of Warren Parkway and surrounding the new Dallas Cowboys headquarters complex, will feature office, residential, retail, restaurant and medical spaces.
The companies involved on Frisco Station have worked on numerous local developments. RTKL projects include Legacy Town Center, Mockingbird Station, LA Live and Tysons Corner Center. Kimley-Horn's work includes the 6,000-acre Dallas Logistics Hub industrial development in Dallas County, the Legacy Business Park in Plano, the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas headquarters in Richardson, and the Frisco multi-use event center and Dallas Cowboys world headquarters project, The Star.
Dallas-based Retail Street Advisors' local projects include The Shops at Legacy, CityLine, Mockingbird Station, Preston Hollow Village, Granite Park and Highland Park Village. And within the North Texas region, MRA International has advised the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers on sports-destination initiatives.
