HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA—TSW Wheels, an industry leader in the development of staggered wheels for the automobile aftermarket, has sold its 62,639-square-foot headquarters building located here. The company was represented by JLL, Orange County.
ZZ Partners, LP, a leading manufacturer with over sixty products in the United States acquired the building at 14462 Astronautics Drive for more than $10 million.
JLL Orange County's SVP Steve Wagner represented TSW Wheels in the sale. ZZ Partners was represented by Mike Bouma and Paul Caputo of Voit.
